Actually, I'm probably calling that they CAN be seen and targeted outside of the JoJoverse. Mainly because if not then I'd actually have to remember not to hit the Stands during a boss fight, which is annoying when I already have to remember ten other people's things.

Touch isn't the best way to deal with it seeing as Mint Gale Requiem can stop time, and Parov Stelar can speed up its targets, neither of which really require them to go poke every single enemy in range.

Having all regular perceptions is probably the best, otherwise you'd need all the GMs to remember those special cases which is going to be rather unwieldy. I mean, it's only because they are Summons. If they were represented as some sort of pseudosummons that can't be targeted anyway, it'd be fine for them to be undetectable.
