For starters Timebomb ignores all buffs and debuffs on the caster for sanity reasons, because otherwise you'd have to keep track of what buffs/debuffs were on the caster on the turn it was cast (it's sort of like a weird Future Sight). And even if that were the case, unless they decided to pre-emptively debuff the caster before they even cast Timebomb it won't be much of an issue.

As for debuff negation, Steal and Dispel works too if it's trying to brace itself for the detonation by stacking defensive buffs. I mean unless it can apply defensive buffs that cannot be stolen or dispelled, and is also immune to defense debuffs, in which case it would probably just stack those on itself anyway regardless of whether or not Timebomb even exists.

Plus later upgrades could add more effects that can't be thwarted with by stacking defenses. I mean what it's (very, very loosely) based on, is a vertical launch missile that has enough fuel and maneuverability to chase its foe down to the ends of the earth and which, on impact, staggers, blinds and deals massive damage; it also strips victims of all shielding even if the explosion only barely grazes them.

Disrupt Magic (6)[7]: (1): Alanis either dispels up to (ability level) magic effects on a successful opposed SYN check v. their caster, or preempts up to (ability level/2, floor 1, ) magic attacks.

Yeah, I'm expecting the summons to get a heavy dose of nope (again) and I still need to make more actions for Alanis, but I'm at least trying to actually not break things.  I think, at least.  Can someone tell me if I'm actually breaking things?

For reference, when Fish says "Debuffs", they're more along the lines of Status Effects. So Burn, Stun, Blind, etc.

Not going to bother looking at the constructs, there's no point in checking whether or not they're allowed under current rules if Elf's apparently reworking Summoning rules again.

Basic Defense probably can't halve Pure Damage. Since Pure Damage's entire point is to ignore damage reduction.
