Wish fulfillment:  For some reason people that are stronger than him like him even if they’re fighting him. 10% less damage from physical attacks.
Lives by himself:  Due to living by himself Kyle has learned to do domestic tasks by himself. Add Kyle’s level to any chores or cooking related task.
Happily Ever After:  Kyle can never kill enemies, instead they amend their wicked ways and bugger off or otherwise are written out peacefully; this makes him happy. When Kyle removes an enemy, he regains his level in hit points.
Retcon:  When Kyle is knocked the fuck out, he wasn’t. Revives at 10% health once per fight.

Equipment: Normal Clothes:  Comfy and consisting of some kind of video game related shirt and some jeans.
Kyle’s Tablet:  It’s probably magic. 1d6 Damage.

Actions: (Your attacks and abilities. these can be Magical, Melee, or Ranged and use the relevant stat. (Synergy for Magic, Strength for Melee, Dexterity for Ranged).
Basic Attack:  1d6+Syn
Basic Defense: Whatever the Basic Defense roll is.
Iron Heart:  Buffs the target’s Res for 1+(1/2Syn) for three turns with a four turn cooldown. Also makes them feel better.
Level 2:  Turns the formula into 1d4+(1/2Syn)
Amazonian Strength:  Buffs Target’s Strength by 1+(1/2Syn) for three turns with a four turn cooldown. This ability may be a little self serving on Kyle’s part.
Level 2:  Turns the formula into 1d4+(1/2Syn)
Farore’s Wind:  Buffs target’s Dexterity by 1+(1/2Syn) for three turns with a four turn cooldown. Wow, I can’t believe that Kyle is Zelda trash.

Robin’s Wit:  Buffs target’s Intelligence by 1+(1/2Syn) for three turns with a four turn cooldown. Wow, I can’t believe Kyle is Fire Emblem trash.

Regenerative... Fuck it, it's a healing spell:  Heals the target 20% of their Max HP for three rounds. Four round cool down.

Atrophy:  Debuffs target's Strength by 1+(1/2Syn) for three turns with a four turn cool down. Kyle doesn't like using this one.
Dust Up:  Debuffs target's Dexterity by 1+(1/2Syn) for three turns with a four turn cool down. Dust is surprisingly slippery.

It's less meant to be 'nuclear stuff' and more 'sci-fi energy weapon stuff'. Some of those energy weapons are nuclear, that is true. Plus I need to know what sort of ailments are even in this RP
is there a Status Effect List Somewhere

I think it might honestly be a more "anything goes" situation. For instance, there's no real standard formula for most Status Effects, and I mean, you've also got Stat-based debuffs and Percentage-based debuffs coexisting.

So I guess it really comes down to how hard you want the sci-fi to be in regards to the realism of the effects and whether or not her weapons could realistically inflict them
