Depends on whether you'd want it to actually fit their character, or if you want it to be amusing.

If you want something to fit them more, it'd probably amount to Penelope analyzing her opponent for weaknesses and relaying the information to Simuna, Yamal could then stagger a foe with a strike, leaving them vulnerable to a shot from Simuna and possibly Penelope as well.

If you want something silly, then, have Yamal beat the crap out of the foe while Simuna nonchalantly unloads into them at point-blank range while Penelope interviews all the people involved (including the screaming victim) and then makes an article out of it.

Or Penelope kicks them in the face, sending them staggering towards Yamal, who holds them still while Simuna shoots them.

Yamal vents steam to heat target, Simuna freezes them (double damage from the intense heat? that's bad I think), Penelope shatters their face via axe kick

Or alternatively, Simuna continuously uses her magic to keep Yamal's reactor cold, allowing her to raise its output far above normal safe operating conditions without overheating, allowing her to pummel her foe while Penelope interviews the victim while occasionally yelling out locations for her to punch.

I can imagine this like Robin's Final Smash (Simuna is Robin, Yamal is Chrom) with Penelope yelling out "the arm!" "oh, that looked nasty!" and then taking a picture right at the end to put on the Wall of People They Really Fucking Fucked Up
