After numerous abuses of it. Remember when KJ got pissed at you for using it to skip that entire puzzle in PN's plot? I looked into that. Wormhole required line of sight, which the door blocked. So not saying "I removed that Action that should have been removed much earlier" is not the best argument to make

Eyeballing it, and again, please take this far more salt than usual since this estimate doesn't actually have any precedents backing it up, I'd say the following:

• At equal Level (2), a God Hand is essentially a Basic Attack with an additional 75% damage tacked onto the end, so 1.75(Damage - RES). Because the second part of the strike is also affected by the RES of the first, it's essentially 1.75x Damage versus 1.75x RES. Meaning a multiplicative "Hit Harder" attack should we weaker since it doesn't have to deal with any RES. Let's just make a wild guess of 1.5x damage or so, based on the arbitrary fact that a one lower Level, God Hand had only +50%.
  
• Since that attack takes two turns to perform, we should be looking at approximately 3x damage so it's actually worth using compared to just using a similar attack that only takes up one turn twice in a row. Possibly a bit higher. Now, someone will probably point out "but wait, if they attack twice, they go against RES twice!", yes. However the fact that it takes two turns should counteract that and possibly still be enough to give a bit over 3x multiplication, after all the user is locked into that action, they can't suddenly cancel out of it on the second turn to do something else unlike two consecutive attacks.
  
• Lastly, this action requires a semi-setup of one turn. I say semi because Contagion can just douse everyone and Big Boom them one by one. Now this is where it gets odd. See, it might actually be hurt by Douse not having any innate negative effect and persisting indefinitely. Going to need a GM's verdict on this bit honestly.
  

But yes, I'd say that as a rough estimate, it should at the very least have an average raw damage of 55.5 or so before factoring in the fact that it requires and removes Doused.

Plus, most battles were gangup bosses. This is a boss with effectively infinite mooks on her side, which can easily wear out even Anna with enough time and numbers, finishing everyone off themselves or leaving them open to Morana.

They really shot themselves in the foot by not by not at least bringing powerful equipment from other universes back with them. Come to think of it, I don't recall any of the PCs from that world being too good at damage dealing seeing as Chryssa's basically becoming a Tank that currently lacks a means to draw fire, and Ian's sheet is in limbo until Elf can review the changes that let him become far better at dealing damage.
