You may want to restrict Unstable Weaponry to something like damage over time, defense debuffs and whatnot, lest it just Stun or Action Lock him. You may want to specify whether or not those Effects can stack. Also, you might want to make it more powerful, since people can already get a 1.4x Multiplier for specific weapons without such a severe drawback.

I'm reluctant to boosting the Effect:STR ratio in part because it scales too well with Unstable Weaponry's buff. I get that it's his purpose, but still, damn, considering most bosses and even non-boss characters are likely to be inflicting status like they're handing out popcorn....

You know, the whole chain of events that lead up to this mass restat and buffing was started when Wormhole was removed. So I suppose the moral of the story is that nerfing Alanis is the gift that keeps on giving and that we should do it more often!

The idea is that he'd also have so many of them on him that it's still going to impair him. Anyone with numerous debuffs and damage over time effects, even with their impacts halved is going to be vulnerable, one way or another. It basically converts him over time to a Glass Cannon as they pile onto him.

There's something very wrong with the Status Effects if someone can just have so many on them, even with halved effects, and have no problem with it at all.
