Also, why are Mio and Chryssa, the two characters described as Glass Cannons despite being so tanky? After accounting for bonuses, Mio has good CON and high RES, while Chryssa has high CON and absolutely monstrous RES

Actually, yeah. Chryssa I think has the second most RES now, only 3 short of Anna's.

Mio's health isn't that high and her CON/RES isn't actually much higher than the rest of the pack (more or less a 1 point difference). In proportion to her actual attack power and the fact that a lot of her moves, especially her Mankai set, have recoil, Mio is glass cannon material indeed.

Well, I built Chryssa around damage.

You built Anna more straight RES from what I can remember.

I actually wasn't even trying to make her tanky. I was trying to make her a jack of all trades. I only realized she was tanky when I saw that she had one of the highest HP totals during the first fight in Elf's plot

Commencing Audit!

Firstly she needs a stat-total of 48, (since she gets 2 extra points per level and it's been 5 levels).
Secondly, she still has Luck on her sheet. With 2 points tied to it.
Trained Reaction is near useless because she can't actually dodge, plus it's a static bonus anyway.
Aura Channeling is static and needs to scale with something.
Vindicator is also weaker than Jaiko which is 1d15 in melee, versus Vindicator's 1d14 halberd, plus it gets bonus attacks thanks to the Bayonet upgrade.
Boosted Swing is rather weak. I mean, it's the same level as Godhand and fills the same purpose. Maybe copy, reflavor and alter the damage type of Godhand for it?
Aura Charge might want to give a percentage boost instead. Because two Boosted Swings in a row deals significantly more damage than an Aura Charge with Boosted Swing followup.
Ice Shot might have been made under erroneous assumptions, seeing as enemies already go last, unless it's meant to screw up their turn ordering amongst themselves.

Oops. Still under the up-to-date sheet Trained Reaction still gives a static bonus to evasion which isn't used; Aura Charge and Boosted Swing's notes still hold, as does Ice Shot.

Really it seems that it's a case wherein Chryssa is more damaging because her actions are geared towards damage as opposed to filling multiple roles.

Maybe just focus on Taunt and give her passives that allow her to dodge, making her someone with colossal HP, RES, and dodge-rate? Think about it, they'll be stuck attacking someone who can easily tank their tanks assuming they even hit to begin with!
