• Is it possible to have a Passive Action that makes its user's attacks extend (or have a chance to extend) the lifespan of status effects by a specific character by one turn (or at least slow their decay)? (So basically, allow Aaron to maintain Seratius' status effects and just focus on damage rather than debuffing, because trying to inflict damage over time via weapon when someone else does that as well, with a bonus to it, and multi-hit attacks is a waste)
  
• Is it possible to have an Active or Passive Action that "bursts" all damage over time effects upon landing an attack, multiplying their damage by say, 50-75% of their remaining turns but also dispelling them? (Gives Aaron synergy with other characters with such effects, such as Shirogane)
  
• There will be few if any demonic enemies, and the vast majority of battles will be against small numbers of more powerful foes, correct? (Confirming whether or not Satan's 'Advisor' is too situational)
  
• Bosses and Minibosses (i.e. most enemies) may be reasonably expected to be immune or resistant to a status effect that stuns them or halves their damage output, correct?
  
• Does Burn stack?

There was a discussion before on how characters should be able to Charm (INT) or Intimidate (STR) targets in Diplomacy. Then it was mentioned that since Lynch has the highest raw Strength, he would be the team's chief diplomat.
Lynch.
As the de facto diplomat.

Okay, my recommendation, besides changing the Dual Forms perk into something that is less nightmarish to balance (such as Seratius being a crit-like mode; or fully unified stats with a Unique Stat that changes allocation dependant on form, and actions with two modes), would be to make Aaron stop trying to inflict Burn. Seriously, Seratius is far better at it thanks to her weapon and armor granting her a higher rate with multi-hit attacks that heighten that even further; all that giving Aaron burn-inflicting weapons and adding burn chance raises to his actions does is ultimately weaken him.

Focus on damage. Make his attacks something more like Mio's God Hand, and give him a Passive Action that makes his attacks extend the lifespan of Seratius' status effects, keeping them active so that wasting precious turns switching back to reapply them won't be necessary. Stop trying to make Seratius hit hard, just focus on having her inflict more status effects since Aaron will be covering damage.

During conversation, one may either Intimidate, using their primary attack stat (i.e. Mio would use STR or Alanis SYN) as the roll or Persuade, using INT as their base. Both gather the same result.

In context, I meant intimidating or persuading someone was going to convince them to, say, hand over a key. What long-term effects there are is entirely up to you.
