Hard to say, looking over your sheet makes me think think that something to debuff damage would be good. With your Overarching power passive, a debuff target's damage action would make a good choice.

More or less the same, but Luck's been removed, there's a few new rules when it comes to Charisma and that's more or less it.

• Reflavored Deep Pass: That way Mio and Chryssa can get up to 16x damage.
  
• Overwhelming Magic: Basically Deep Pass, but trading the 2x multiplication for negating all resistances (including absorption and guaranteed dodging). Then nothing will be able to withstand an 8x damage multiplier.
  
• Attack of Opportunity: Just get a free Basic Attack or Kinetic Shell against anything that enters combat. Only worthwhile if you often face foes who summon stuff.

Alternatively:

• Arcane Presence: Deal Pure damage scaling with SYN to every single foe each turn. Good against foes with high RES, resistances or groups.
  
• Arcane Poison: Deals damage to the victim every time it acts meaning bosses that act multiple times get hit more.
  
• Spilled Essence: Passively buffs the SYN of teammates with SYN attacks proportional to the amount of damage Alanis has taken or how low her health is. Calculated before unconsciousness, so if she gets one shot, other mages get a nice temporary boost.
  
• Reactive Armor: Whenever a defensive Kinetic Shell breaks due to an attack, it automatically turns into a free offensive Kinetic Shell against whoever broke it.
