Alright. Before I get on with the timeskip and character stuff, an announcement on the status of luck.

The True Luck Update (and what this means for you and your shipping partner):

• Firstly, Luck as a stat will no longer exist. As compensation, you may place all points invested in luck in other stats or change any Luck-based skills to use other stats.
• Secondly, Charisma rolls are now to be placed in the game proper and herein codified.
• • Any Charisma bonuses (thus far, only Penelope and Ian use them anyway) still apply. However, for negotiations there will be two separate rolls.
• • During conversation, one may either Intimidate, using their primary attack stat (i.e. Mio would use STR or Alanis SYN) as the roll or Persuade, using INT as their base. Both gather the same result.
• • Any bonuses specifically to Charisma, as stated before, apply to either roll. Only the base stats of the character apply. No boosts, passives, or equipment buffs will be taken into consideration.
• Finally, for the moment, critical hits are decided as follows; a d20 is rolled after every attack. If the attack is a natural 20 or the roll is boosted to 20 by critical chance buffs, the attack is a critical and deals double damage. Critical chance buffs work by using the number as a percentage and adding it on; for instance, if a roll reached 16 and one has a 25% crit chance boost, the roll is boosted to 20, thus guaranteeing a critical hit. This is subject to change.

Well, seeing Ian's perk only works on criminals and Penelope's passive only works on non-important civilians, while about half the cast have at their main offensive stat or INT at their level cap and bonuses aren't counted, I believe the logical conclusion is of course to have Motya handle all the negotiations for people who aren't criminals or non-important civilians from now on
