Infinite Heavens is probably close enough to a multiverse game, I mean, one of the players is playing as someone who has reincarnated a Pacman after all. Plus players do get to assign their own abilities and whatnot. Plus it's updated frequently.
Of course, there's nothing preventing anyone here from using the Perplexicon, Mainspring or Pretty Princess Vivisection Ascension systems and just making one of those games out of it anyway. Though I'm reasonably certain that Zentol High is going to have a pretty high student turnover rate-

You head upstream, along a river of hip deep, black water through which shuttering, flickering green phantoms swim. Pale, naked bodies lie along the shore, impaled by swords but still moving; writhing in pain or ecstasy. Located in a clearing by the river's source is the infirmary. A procession of animated dead, twisted plague carrying monstrosities and parasitic abominations slowly walks the perimeter of this clearing, carrying great banners made of flayed human skins and playing on instruments of carved bone and living flesh. The ghoulish parade circles endlessly with no defined beginning or end. They pay no heed to your presence. Beyond them, standing in the center of the clearing amidst a field of strange blooms, is a woman in black. A nametag identifies her as Nurse Eziel.

Well no, there isn't much description of her. But, seeing as Illbain Swamp, the place described in the link ended up in that state precisely because of her actions, it shouldn't be too hard to infer how she acts. Well, other than the burnt path, that was caused by Telcal the Holocaust.
