well, I guess I will have to settle for making new gear and upgrade my existing stuff too. I have a feeling that the cannon would make a good underbarrel grenade launcher... if I could figure out a way of merging it with the SABR in a compact fashion.

Funny thing about that. It's a high explosive cannon, meaning it should have a larger/more powerful blast instead of being armor piercing.
Meh, logics is not my strongpoint.
Also, I still have a jetpack to make, and need to upgrade both my melee and ranged weapons significantly.

@SB, Shrapnel is an AoE and far stronger than just Explosive damage.

The auraxium shell might do that, but on the same note it is being used to neutralize the phazon, which is probably what is making it high explosive.

Due to all of the work the ship has needed, Most of the ship's wiring has been replaced with Crystalline Structures or Gem-tech. You will need to use the Main Console, or find an area of the ship with original wiring.

Or wiring/modules introduced by ENG, which are only in the cockpit. also, she probably kept the old OS and simply adapted it to use crystalline controls, sort of like switching between ergonomic keyboard and a rubber, roll-up keyboard.
