Sex: uh.... Anything with breasts
Appearence: Skinny, long black hair, killer goatee. Wears ratty pants and has a robe slung acriss his shoulder. On a belt at his waist a large gourd is hung by a rope. Also, only across 1 arm.  The robe covers  his left side, but he has his arm and surrounding area bare
Personality: Cocky, ALWAYS Drunk

Summary: This guy is all about Criticals. Weak in the beginning of the fight, he usually woll pick off stray mooks. The longer it goes (and more inebriated he becomes) he becomes exceptionally better at taking down large targets. He used to have 2 arms and 2 pistols, but lost one of each when he cheated at cards with a Draconian.

Perks:

Crack Shot: After landing the killing blow on something, gains +50% Crit chance on next Attack

Drunken Stupor: Each time he takes a swig from his Gourd, he gains +10% Crit but -1 Accuracy

Grudge: Whenever he is damaged for more than 10 hp at a time, his next attack against that target is both insta-hit and Crit.




Equipment:

Armor: Belt. No defense, but can carry most items with relative ease.



Weapon
Serenity- Giant pistol. Fires 3 inch long bullets. Effect: Ringo will NOT use anything else. Deals 1d8 Damage and 3x Damage on Crits instead of 2x. Bullets can ricochet off things with a -3 Ac for each surface used. Bullets can pierce pretty much anything less than Cotton Candy in strength.

Bauble: Scrumples: Ringo's Favorite Drinking Gourd. Once again, cannot be removed. Drinks activate the Drunken Stupor Perk.



Abilities:

Achilles Shot: Ringo shoots the leg (Or similar appendage) of an enemy. Temporarily slows down target, reducing move speed. Deals 1d8 Dmg


FireBall: Ringo takes a huge swig from Scrumples, then spits while firing his gun. The resulting cloud of immolation hits a single enemy, dealing 1d10 Dmg and lighting them on fire. This attack cannot crit.

Point Blank Shot: Deals 4d6 Dmg. -4 Ac. Only available if enemy is <10 feet ish

STR penalty, Not enough skills, has some penalties without benefits to match them, I would say change drunken stupor to work with any alcohol, Give him a Brewing ability to supply himself with alchohol made from loot, and it would be pretty interesting.

Maybe an ability so that he finds some kind of Alcohol on every encounter, which gives variable temporary buffs when drank or used for his other skills, along with his crackshot effect, and his luck is rolled to determine the quality and amount.

Make him a sort of potion-master, with heavy "lucky drunk" themes.

But that is just my opinion.
