She can't exactly REVERSE the change, though.
She can be re-male-ified, certainly, but not become exactly Alan again.

Then they would literally be useless as shit. With all of the extensive modifications to their brain, being suddenly turned back into a human would most likely wipe all of Motya's memories. The horror is real.

All it'd take is a couple strands of hair or flakes of skin from before the transformation for Motya to figure out Alan's genetic code. Once that's done I don't see what's stopping Alanis from becoming completely Alan again. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck it's probably a duck. Or a very cunningly designed Biobeast.
