She is going to recruit Garnt later to shove it into a body for her, after she rolls 'study it's nature' for a long while.

The soul probably won't be used until after the pirate mining station mission for that exact reason.

I don't think you're understanding. There is no personality or anything resembling a personality or mind in that Soul. There is just the power and essence of said being left.

At least, if what Blitz is telling me is right.

It's... actually really, really vague in-lore, and one could, arguably, make a convincing case for it being just power, or both power and personality, or whatever.

I decided to leave it at 'a bit of both', in the end.

But even then, sometimes it's completely unrelated.
Like the Giant Stone Axe, made from the Soul of the Last Giant, which has nothing to do with him bar the fact that he's kinda implied to have turned to stone, or at least been covered in it, for a while.
