Look, It's not COMBAT SPELLS that we are preventing from being affected to disrupt magic. It's perfectly fine to disrupt magic on spells. A PERK, however, is not something disrupt magic will affect. It's not being cast, it's not being used in anyway. It's a passive effect that Bisnif has on him when he dies.

I uphold this decision. It seems logical.

I will not, however, tolerate people changing their abilities mid-battle because it suits them, which is what just happened. I will ignore Dispel Magic's new effect until this combat is resolved as a result, and I will warn you not to do it again, and warn you to word your skills more carefully and closer to the intent of the action.

I mean, yeah, it did come as a result of the idiot ball, but conflict within a party is always more interesting than all of them blandly working together and agreeing.
