Question 1: Fantasy or 40k?
Question 2: how will you justify them not claiming everyone is heretics and trying to be a team killing douchebag? Or will you not do that and simply create a character whose sole purpose is PvP?(Assuming they're from the Imperium, mind you. Although basically every race is prone to trying to dick over as many people as possible.)

The answer to #2 is for them to be extremely accepting on the outside, but eternally on the edge of snapping and enacting all 2,794 ways they've fantasized murdering everybody, one at a time.

Fantasy, I'm not a big fan of 40k really.

And I'm wavering between making a Saurus of some sort (not sure if newblood or not since I'm not sure of how powerful our characters are supposed to be) or maybe a Skaven or an ogre. I was thinking of maybe doing a Sigmarite war priest but I've seen too many of those characters recently, I wanna do something a little different.

You realise I'm going to have to hit this with a SERIOUS nerf, right? It's stupidly powerful, even with the Phazon damage on the wielder.

There are do many things wrong with nerfing it elf, First off, it is going to plot-corrupt the user, since that is just what phazon does, second, Samus is GOING to want it back, third, 1d4 True damage every turn is a death sentense in a fight where the enemy notes the big scary person who probably needs to die first.

Basically, It ain't long for this world.

Edit* and not to mention the fact that the reason it is OP is because it is literally Samus's armor with some upgrades, God help Chryssa if she triggers ball form, the suit glitches mid combat, the arm cannon glitches from the incompatible tech, ect, ect.

1: The damage per turn buffs Chryssa. Most of her damage COMES from being damaged. Giving her an item that damages her per turn is basically asking for her to get stronger.
2: Chryssa can just, you know, not go into ball form or something. And if it's being plot-controlled, then Sanure should've informed me about this anyway, by PMing me or something, just so I don't nerf it to the moon.
3: Different biologies. For all we know, Phazon doesn't do shit to Aura-coated Remnans because the Aura insulates them from the radiation. It certainly suits the purpose of Aura to begin with.
4: That assumes the enemy targets Chryssa out of fear. They could also decide not to because pissing her off might be the worst possible thing.

All of those factors, plus the total buff to the user (+8 from RES, DEX and STR, and +5 to intimidation checks vs. -3 total INIT and Dodge isn't much when Accuracy isn't a thing, and the resulting INIT buff because of DEX negates it anyway) doesn't justify such a crappy debuff (Phazon damage per turn would be not so bad when we have two medics and the person in question gains power from being damaged).

The decision was made ages ago, anyway, so these are the nerfs I'm handing to the armour.

-Dex Mod +2- It's a heavy piece of armour, according to the typing, and the -1 INIT/-2 Dodge. Why would it make you FASTER?
-Powers Space Pirate Weapons
-Accepts Varia Suit Upgrade Items- This can be fixed later on if necessary.
- +5 Intimidation
Resistance bonus: +4 RES, -1 INIT -2 Dodge
