I imagine the characters get some sort of Ex Machina which allows them to use that ability. For example, in the moves you listed, another character could pull their own halberd out of their asshole from Hyperspace, preferably custom-made to their preferences.

Honestly, the reason I thought it up is so you could have ridiculous bullshit, just even having the possibility for anyone to go through their own Mankai transformation is gold.
As a bonus, it might even be functional in various situations.

Also, how exactly do summons work? I have a few questions regarding them:
Can you summon them outside of battle?
Are they allowed to persist after the battle is finished?
What happens if they hit 0 HP?

I suppose natural or gear restricted actions would either be blocked, or would be weakened due to a facsimile of it being used. ALSO, I believe that he can't trade the abilities of other people, TO other people. he would only be able to use them for himself. It isn't stated anywhere.EDIT: stand corrected.

Well, all Mankai would really do to anyone not named 'Mio' is double their offensive stats. The reason Mio is so ridiculous using it is because she gets special moves from it that nobody else would have.

Granted, Chryssa would be quite strong, but I wouldn't count on her doing as much as Mio would with it.

From what I've seen:

Yes. Sachi- an NPC- has not entered battle since the plot she was introduced in, and uses her summon regardless.

Also yes.

They go away, I think, unless they share HP with the summoner like (I think) with Idou and his summon, Mint Gale.

EDIT: Also, Deus Ex Machina to allow them to use the abilities would be hilarious.
