Hey, I was writing up my plot and had a question.

Would it be possible for the NPC to stick around after it was done? Not as a combat person, of course, but just to serve some function on the ship (and for roleplay)? Specifically, I was thinking that the NPC in question could have a large supply of consumables, and players could trade items and equipment they no longer use or need to them in exchange for some of these consumables.

What about connections/portals to other universes and whatnot? I'm thinking about having one to Al-Rama and whatever so that Motya's... friends can wander in and out. Plus it'd give access to the lab equipment they need to actually produce and implant grafts. Would that be okay?
