Added Citrine to the NPC's Sheet and added a Fusion Sheet to the Master sheet.

Will add Citrine's stats to the sheet later, and Tourmaline's stats to the sheet when I get her stated up.

And No, They aren't going to stay fused just yet. Introductions are important after all.
