I'll apply the level first:

+1 to Strength and Con from "Stronger than she looks"
+2 to Resistance
+1 to Synergy and Dexterity.

So that's the stats part. Before anything else, could there be a passive action to increase the time that a character can be down before actually dying, or would that have to be a perk?

Perk: Will to Live: When in a downed state, Anna can last 3 turns before death, rather than 1.

Action: Retaliate (Passive): Once per enemy turn, when attacked, Anna will automatically attack back.

Personally, I think you should buff up your summons.

Summons were... kinda second priority to the character.

And look how well that's been turning out for her in this fight.

So, unless you had a new action planned, I'd recommend buffing the summon action.
