is wormholes alanis's main ability now instead of telekinesis?
because quite frankly, they seem pretty strong. on top with his ability to channel apparently multiple wormholes and being able to create complex structures like a sphere with so little time to even practice the ability.

Uh...You threw a problem that was best solved by wormholes at someone with wormholes, and they solved it with wormholes.

Also, a wormhole is a set of two connected regions.  There's only one wormhole, but two ends of it.

... And standard D&D level up magic for sorcerers ISN'T that random?  I'm okay with a nerf to just how complex I can make the structure without a TN, definitely.  Like, circle opening, square opening, and angled portals wouldn't be a TN check but the sphere of entrapping definitely would be.

This is what the Action states:

Main Action (Syn) (1):Wormhole (1) (Channeled):Alanis opens an up-to-(SYN*SL/2) ft. wide (or SYN*SL/10 tiles on a battlemap) wormhole, which she must concentrate to maintain.  This wormhole may link any two sets of coordinates within SYN*SL*5 feet of eachother (or SYN*SL tiles on a battlemap).  Alanis must focus on holding open the wormhole and cannot take other combat actions while holding the wormhole.  She can still move.

That says nothing about compelxity, but does state that to open the wormhole requires Alanis' full concentration and only opens a single two way wormhole.

Gm decision: Keep it to that. No complex action, just a simple wormhole that links two points together and requires concentration to maintain.
