Premise, Location, Enemies, Loot, Areas, Goal, Boss, Progression, Right?

If you want to use that, you're free to. There's no specific guideline or hard-and-fast rules for how you need to structure your plots, as plots could have no enemies at all and just be a stealth or diplomacy-based line.
