Except Garnt's the only one who can even touch or interact with it beyond probing it. And souls =/= humanity.

And info on the Trespassers is....pretty damn rare, considering they were completely forgotten by most of existence bar a very small number of people and most of the records are gone now.

Pre-Mankai, actually. He's only seen her use her magic pre-Mankai, as the one time she went Mankai, he wasn't present.

It wouldn't register on his magic sense, but that's irrelevant as it'd be pretty clear she'd gone Mankai to begin with.

Which is different on the grounds that there is magic in Dark Souls, and works on a fairly different set of rules, lorewise.

But Dark Souls is also really, really vague on most things, so even I'm not sure what's the correct explanation of any one given thing half the time. It's what draws me to the game, in the end.

Nobody's plot is run yet and nothing will be run until we get ALL of the player plots.

Mmm. Dark Souls leaves a lot of things open to interpretation, and while I usually love that, it really isn't good for a game like this, where things need properly-defined rules.
