So weapons can only be upgraded to the level of their user?  I am still confused on Weapon, Armor, and Bauble upgrading, aside from that It requires 1 Junk, the item in question, and anouther unrelated object, and grants a modification slot for a third item.

Items can be upgraded to the current User level by use of 1 Junk pile per level. Then, That frees a modifcation slot for each level. As for upgrading, The Item's Damage/Effect/RES Bonus typically upgrades by 1-2 points, depending on type.

Added a action that grants her a +2 to any tech related rolls. Seems to fit into her whole genius asshole routine she has going.

ENG has had stats updated. I also improved his "disperse nanites" and "aim" abilities.
Disperse nanites now lasts 2 turns per healing kit used. it still can't crit heal though.
Aim no longer gives a penalty to critical hits.
