Her Actions were overpowered. It's just that her build, no offense to Fish, really wasn't that good. Horribly generalized with little to no internal synergy and a convoluted set of Perks aimed to avoid pumping any points into CON at all despite attempting to make her more durable.

Her strange damage formulas gave her a higher damage output for an Action by itself at a certain Level than what may be considered balanced. This being worsened by bundled Actions that were not backed by any Perks. Except, again, since she was trying to do too much, both as a whole, and within each ability, this removed almost all advantages the rather blatantly broken Actions provided.

That and a lot of her arsenal focused on ailment infliction which wasn't really used that much, not to mention ailments being pretty poor in this game.

So in (hopefully) non-salt-inducing news, I still need to think of a finishing move for Victoria as all Magical Girls must have them. I'm replacing the "Gun-Fu" skill since Elf confirmed on Discord that it is doing nothing unless in a grid-based plot, and nobody uses those. Anyone have any ideas?

Gun Kata; Victoria borrows all of her allies weapons for 1 turn, making basic attacks equal to the weapons borrowed. They are split up equally among all enemies this fight.  Cooldown is up to you.

Replace Do Your Duty As Well As You Can with the following;
Speed Through Repetition: Simuna's gone through the motions enough times she could shoot a man while blindfolded and upside down. Needless to say, she's quite fast when not doing either. Gain an extra action every three turns. This effectively negates the need to charge her PKP-37.
