We all left the area, so no, but you can just pretend you were eating and interacting the whole time, Dackly and Gozer aren't doing anything of value with anyone, so he was jabbering it up with them if that is cool.

Dackly has a Sword made from a chunk of road that is too heavy for anyone but a few people to wield, which she made to impress him with her own increase in strength. if you need a conversation topic.

why can't idou and co. have just stayed at the area to take care of the civilians, and then fucking teleport to the place via the combination of mint gale reqiuem's momentum manipulation and parov stelar's speeding up ability

Oh yeah, Ian is being switched out with the new Kyle, just as a heads up.

Probably going to do it inbetween the plots unless Twin is fine with Ian being switched out after the fight for some reason.
