Note that I don't actually intend to use the following, it's just an example:

Metasploit, Level 6 Two-Handed Weapon: A blue shield with white 'M' emblazoned upon it. Autolevels. Cannot be lost. Every [2|3] Levels, it gains a chance to make attacks inflict a new Status Effect.
-Level 0: x% chance of Burn, damage per turn probably scales with one of the user's stats of something
-Level 3: y% chance of Stun
-Level 6: z% chance of Blind

Note that since it has to be a new Status Effect each time, the rates of previous effects can't be raised through leveling up this weapon alone. Also, each time it gains an effect, it will require GM approval of course.

Not the first one. I received a PM requesting a review of Idou's new sheet four days prior to that post, and by then he had already typed it up and gotten it approved by Elf. Second one might be, Idou PM'd the sheet for approval and review the day after that post.
