Honestly, it looks okay, except I'm not sure I like that Alanis cannot into debuffs with that.

You could replace the Damage Over Time effect with a Debuff effect instead. Or alternatively, give her a Perk that gives Basic Attack (which would likely be Kinetic Slam) a chance to debuff a random stat, change Lock-On to sacrifice damage for raising the rate of on-hit effects, and then use Unload (not sure what that'd be reflavored as, Kinetic Barrage? Kinetic Storm? Ungodly Clusterfuck of Magical Constructs? ) to both damage and mass debuff a foe.

Of course, you might be able to just renegotiate the base and upgraded power of her moves to get their effects more cheaply, and use the saved Action Points to just upgrade Kinetic Slam to inflict debuffs, or get a passive that adds debuffs to Kinetic Slam.

Or just trade the burst damage for heavy debuffs instead, that would make her very good at one specific role rather than split somewhat between two roles.

Donchaka has even stronger ramp, but they burn it constantly to use their skills, maybe make untapped potential reduce to zero when Alanis uses certain skills?

My point is that it isn't even worth all the trouble when Blood of the Elders can boost SYN without ramp up, and is better for the number of turns equal to her Level.

Oh, she's still a Pyrrha expy (seriously, her weapons in Rider form are, more or less, a silver version of Milo and Akouo). Her Kamen Rider suit, while based on Ryuki, takes stuff from Faiz, Kabuto and Blade. And of course I partially ripped the helmet off from Birth and Gaim, so eh.

"Profit Margin: excess distortion coins at the end of battle become currency equal to 10XSyn Credits per coin."

Everyone needs at least one non-combat related skill I am starting to think, judging by just how out of luck they are for out of combat stuff like buying, selling, crafting, and related.
