Equip- Floats Near a target counting as a Bauble for the duration.

Which means there is a very VERY simple way of solving this diplomatically.

Eradiate everything that is warranting the planets destruction, instead of the planet itself, with Phaze suit's help. Or tell samus that planet Zebes is now planet Fun, and she needs to leave and come back wiht some if she wants anything to do with it.
