Assuming it's just telekinesis, if 6AR had any idea how a gun works, reflexes wouldn't be necessary. They could and just try and hold the bullet in place, inside the chamber. Of you know, just flick off the safety, yank the gun away or just about any of the more efficient options available.

Isn't Charm mechanically identical to one of those two? Since the Action wording specified some sort of distraction, which I'd assume is some sort of turn-negation effect.

By the way, just thought of something:

TBF would really like this tabletop game called Changeling: The Lost. One of the possible abilities, with a sourcebook, is literally powered by genre-savvyness. As in you can literally cause tropes to happen if you realize you're in a situation allowing it.
