Because you have far more people. I'm reasonably certain you can't reliably inflict Stat Breaks or Binds on bosses either when they've shown that they're perfectly capable of inflicting it on PCs.

Bisnif had one that never didn't work basically, as far as I remember. and it was a pretty mundane skill.

I know through experience you can use Soda to increase Initiative. Maybe Petrified Soda Shields...

Hard to give any specifics before we find out what the crafting revamp does. Also, going to need you to be more specific on magic and magitech because both are incredibly broad.

I can craft Vaguely with technology in tandem with my abilities, Read my abilities list for an idea of what that entails, I can usually petrify any substance in a controlled environment to tap into it's abilities via Geomancy, an unspoken ability of Gozers.

They may be able to make lesser Elementals as well, but my only attempt was a failure of the FUN kind.

Dackly has been studying Science and gotten lessons from Tourmaline, so one can ASSUME D&G are now able to make technological, magical, and combinational things, using what abilities they have.

Petrification followed by Geomancy is their Modus Operandi for crafting.
