How does dying work? Like, if you get punched below 0 HP, do you flop down dead, is there a waiting period, can one be stabilized out of it or healed back into full functionality?

you flop down into unconsciousness and die after three turns
stabilizing someone keeps them from dying but if you heal them at all they just stand up

Alright, so there's not a lot of point to making a stabilizing ability when healing'll just do better, basically? I wanna make sure I don't waste my ability slots

Three turns until death. If you're stabilised or healed in that state, you're stopped from dying but you do not return to consciousness.

no either stabilizing is a separate thing everyone can do or I'm mistaken and it's just flavor text used for healing
