Personally I vote to veto it, not for any actual reason, it's just that I have the XKCD word replacer and it's hard to take something seriously when one of it's perks are 'Whispers of the Horse'

The perk says to reroll dodge and to-hit checks. The system doesn't roll for dodge or hitting unless the attack specifically has a chance of missing or the enemy has a perk for dodging.
