You find your way to the badly damaged main room of the inn. It seems to be empty, with only the bodies of those crushed by the rubble.

Kira takes a moment to pray for the departed, kneeling in the middle of the room. Naralis Analor, please guard these poor souls on their journey into the afterlife...

After that, she continues on. She will continue later, when she knows she and any survivors are safe.

Porkins, who until recently been passed out in the alleyway next to the inn, stumbles through the door to find out "what all tha ruckus is about" and possible to get another brewski.

Edit:Upon realizing the party is full, he promptly takes one last swig, activates his personal teleporter and fades from the storyline

((OOC: At least you exited in a classy fashion. :P I approve!))

Sokratei had turned around at someones voice, but when she looked there was no one there. This didn't disturb her as much you might imagine-her Fey blood meant she heard and saw things that didn't exist (or only existed halfways) all the time.

"...Probably one of those annoying Quicklings, or something..."
She muttered to herself.

Tradok grabs the man by the shoulders and pulls him out of the rubble.
The man is unconscious, but alive. Upon closer inspection, his armor appears to be of some sort of reptilian hide. He has a very large sword strapped to his back. Turning him over reveals a rather impressive close-cropped beard framing an angular face, with shoulder-length, greyish-brown hair. He looks to be of early middle age at the most.

You hear some sort of commotion outside.
Nix continues following the men.
You follow them for quite a while. They stop for a moment here and there; judging by what small mumblings of speech you can hear, it sounds like they're tracking something. They must have some hell of a tracker with them; the ground under your feet is covered in marks facing in all directions, along with a fair share of miscellaneous debris.

Eventually, they stop entirely. You hear growled orders between the men. For the first time, you can make out a clear voice without the indiscernible foreign accent; somebody with a clear Elvish accent is with them.

"...This is the only place he could be. I'm sure of it."
"Yeh've dun well. 'Ere's yer payment."

You hear something loud and clanking being tossed.

"Thank you. I will be taking my leave now."
"I 'oubt 'at, sonny-boy."
"Wh--what do you mean?"
"'E can't 'ave any 'itnesses, if yeh catch my drift."

If you intend to do anything about this, now is the time.
Kira takes a moment to pray for the departed, kneeling in the middle of the room. Naralis Analor, please guard these poor souls on their journey into the afterlife...

After that, she continues on. She will continue later, when she knows she and any survivors are safe.
Where do you intend to go?

Out of the inn. Try to find people that are still alive.

Out of the inn. Try to find people that are still alive.
You walk through the streets of the ruined city, calling out for anybody who might be alive.

After a while, you turn a corner and come to a street with only one corpse on it. As you walk along, you see movement near the corpse out of the corner of your eye.

Nix emerges from his hiding spot in the bushes, crossbow drawn and loaded. Aiming down its shaft, he says, with a broad, friendly smile; "'Sup? This is a robbery. You move, and I plant a bolt inbetween your eyes. Stay cool, and no one gets hurt."
Intimidation check!

Sokratei leveled her own bow, though at somewhat a lower target.

"...Someone might get hurt anyway!

Also, is it really a robbery if we're stealing what you stole in the first place? I don't think so!"

Action: Assist intimidation!

The tiger merely circled around, remaining hidden, to attack if hostilities break out.
