Time for the choosing! Sorry this took a while to do, for those not in the know my internet was basically crippled for most of this week and only recently went back to normal. Anyway, enough of the excuses and onward to the judging for the final spot (assuming no one else drops).

Backstory (3):
- Born in Calsif, Javier didn't show any magic potential from young age. His family decided to take a long trip through Uxanin until reaching the recent republic of Grednar to avoid being classed as second rate citizens due to lack of magic.
- As he growed up, he started developing a latent affinity to dark magic, fitting for the society of Grednar, but Javier was still not completely comfortable with it. It all came to a tragic conclussion when Javier's family fell victims to a cult attempting to give them the curse of Grednar through forbidden magic, which cost them their life.
- Javier decided to get out of the cursed country, and chose North as his next destination. He established himself in a region of the Tavo empire, and eventually married a native and had a son. But he faced the same problem his parents tried to avoid by moving out: being a second rate citizen. Misfortune hit once again as his wife died when she was denied magic health care due to noble interference. After this he joined Free Tavo, hoping to help build a safe place for his son to grow up.
 
Beliefs (3):
- Perseverance wins over anything else.
- No one should be below anyone else.
- Nothing, be technology or magic is inherently good or bad, only how you use it.
 
Goals (3):
- Create a place for his son to live safely and without fear.
- Develop his latent magic skills and find new allies to help the freedom movement.
- Eliminate the people that use magic or technology in their own benefit at the cost of others.

So basically he would be traveling to find allies abroad to support Free Tavo.

I don't have a mug for her, so I'll probably have to ask someone for help on that regard if my character gets accepted.

My only issue with this sheet is that I would prefer Show Off to require 3 allies for its affect, to fall in line with the normal standard. Otherwise it checks out to me.


Dang, this is a harder choice than I thought. After giving it a good amount of thought, looking at both the current party composition and goals along with those given in the sheets, I think it best I go with Pyon, provided they make the change to Show Off (or change it to a different skill if that is their preference).

To those that didn't make it in, sorry that there wasn't enough space but that may change as time goes on and I become more comfortable in my skills as a GM.

As far as I'm aware, VRFEF and Gates of Rundum are still recruiting and might be good places to try to get into an FEF game, along with FEF6 when it eventually opens more slots.
