Alice cursed as she spotted the enemies, it seemed like they weren't ever going to get a moment's rest. She drew her sword, watching the enemies closely as she began to move forwards.
"Stay close"

Move to 13,14

[F.O.E.]

Cyrus looked at the group to his right, his left and across the river, a toothy grin creeping onto his face.

"Now this is what I call a good time. If you do this often I think we'll fit in just fine!" He looked over to Titus.

"Shall we do the usual?"

[Culise]

Lizbet looked at the assassins that now surrounded them. 

"Why would they leave an escape to the south?  In any case, Prince Titon, shall we be on our way?"

As Alauda took off with Prince Titon and Lizbet on her back, the heavy winds caught the three of them.  With steady wingbeats, they flew southward, making for the main boulevard.

Rescue Titon and move to (13,9)

As she passed the building and the main boulevard came into sight, she saw the large forces arrayed to their east and west.
"Ah, that would be why."

"OOOH those are MAGIC words there FRIEND! LETS!" There was a brief pause, however, before the large man huffed in indignation. "BUT its just NOT the SAME WITHOUT HALF the place ON FIRE, isn't it CYRUS?" Titus' raged at the universes propensity to be flammable yet not on fire, but his face betrayed his false hurt with an excited grin.

"Unless..." Titus glanced towards the man between the two bandits.

The large man towered over the mage, a jolly grin on his face. "GALEN, 'ole FRIEND and PAL!"

He leaned closer. "How good are you at starting FIRES?"

"Perhaps not setting fire to the innocent villagers would be a better plan? After all, we would prefer they like us as opposed to supporting those who are trying to kill us. Also, if you hadn't noticed, going by his tome he's a dark magic user, not anima. You'd want someone like me, though trying to get me to do it wouldn't work for two reasons.

"We're not bandits, to burn down the homes of innocents, you blaggard. This is rightfully our city, by damnation, we're not burning it down!"

[SOLDIER First]

Ow. The "pat" on the back hurt.. well, only a little. And then sudden personal space invasion!
...Gosh, Titus was tall.

"Well, I-I... uh. This isn't, um, a fire tome, like she said."
He holds it up, and, indeed, it isn't. Damn shame.

Galen pledged to thank the woman at the first opportunity.

Titus sighed as if he now has to explain a particularly unsubtle joke. "FINE, fine. JUST a bit of MESSIN' with the NEW GUY, it'll put HAIR on his CHEST an' FIGHT in his STEP! HE reflects on US after ALL! WOULDN'T have EVEN been a QUESTION if he actually COULD."

"...WOULDA just been a LITTLE fire." The man laughed at his own concession, although now his gaze was fixated on the armored wyvern rider.

"'Rightfully our city,' eh? MIGHTY big talk, isn't THAT?" His tone was a little accusing.

[SOLDIER First]

"Yeah, a-a joke.. Good one, Titus. ..Heheh." Galen's nervous tone betrayed his words.

[GiglameshDespair]

"You work now for Prince Titon, the rightful Emperor. This nation is ours by right."

[F.O.E.]

"Oh we're working for a prince, eh!?" Cyrus looked at his "boss".

"Sounds like you can afford a big donation to our charity."

[GiglameshDespair]

"Hmmph. You'll get fair pay... and regret any extortion. Once this entire issue is solved."

"I think someone's afraid of getting shown up." Sen quipped. "Don't let the fat man unsettle you, Lian. Chances are you'll be able to kill three by the time he can even swing at one."


"And I have a sense of challenge! I just like things that make my odds better, too. Like more strong-looking people to stand between me and those nasty-looking lances so I can spend less time bleeding and more time winning that bet."

: "Unsettle? Me? Did you gamble your eyes and ears away, too? Next you will say I prefer these sticks the Arvadians call weapons." Her tone remained light.
: "Really though, it just so happens being a strong-looking person standing in the way of danger is my job. Your vote of confidence is noted, however."
