Cyrus hopped to his feet the second he was able to with a huge grin on his face.

"Ha, it'll take a lot more than that to keep me down!"

That said, Cyrus made a beckoning motion with his hand as though he was daring Santoku to tackle him again.

"Just because something isn't a hobby doesn't mean you can't... appreciate it when it happens."

She finished her cup of tea and sighed happily before offering it back to Lian.

Grinning, Santoku approached, slowly. If Cyrus wasn't going to make a move, he would. Another tackle probably wasn't the way to go though. If Cyrus let him get close, his plan was to get ahold of one arm, then trip the other fighter to get him on the ground.

Without waiting, she immediately placed a filled cup in front of Galen and began on another.

"Thank you, Lian-Ziu."

...Evidently young Galen was feeling formal.
He sips the tea, silently listening to the conversations and neglecting to mention Lian had apparently offered him something in return for the water.

After thinking a bit, Niccola answered Sen
"I think I'm still at five... Six if you count the one that started this bet.."

Lizbet remained near the well, quietly bringing up enough water not only for herself, but for the group's mounts.  Finding a less-ruined structure with enough shade to avoid overheating, she set up an improvised trough for not only her own pegasus, but the horses and wyvern as well.

Titus was cheering on the sidelines, although from the sounds of it, it was less for any individual and more just for the violence in general.

"HAH! I got FIVE GOLD on CYRUS coming out on TOP! Nothing PERSONAL, Saint, but he IS Cyrus!" The mountain of meat laughed, before grinning at the others with a dare. "WHO wants to MATCH?"

Taking the cup offered by Iolani, Lian poured a serving for herself.
: "I will match that for Santoku. I would be careful around someone who has few things to lose."

Chalco drained his cup of tea through his straw before placing the cup before Lian.
"...I've had much worse things to drink."

He nodded to her and, after recovering his own cup, walked away from the noise and shouting... he had no particular wish to watch a pair of shirtless men grapple with each other. He headed towards the well, more out of a lack of other direction to go, and spotted Lizbet.
"Lady Lizbet." he said by way of greeting.

"...As serious as our situation is, I still find this amusing."

"HarHAH, YOU shouldn't underestimate CYRUS then!" The large man grinned at having his match bet after a brief moment of surprise. He honestly had expected Iolani to take him up instead of Lian. Titus isn't arguing, though. "Takes CERTAIN people to join THIS group for MONEY when its a BATTLE of IDEOLOGIES and LOYALTY."

Iolani grinned.

"Well I would have bet, but I wouldn't want you to lose twice when your friend potentially loses, so I'll let you just stay with one bet."

"Ah, Sir Chalco, I thought you were enjoying yourself with the others," she said with a slight smile.

"Yes... 'enjoying'. Quite a bunch of rogues we seem to have fallen in with, but allies are allies in these times, I suppose, no matter their propensity for property damage or wrestling half-unclothed."

"Indeed, some of them are rather...ah, boisterous," she substituted for uncouth at the last second, "but they fight well, and as you say, we've few enough friends at the moment."
