I and another character of mine are acting as rebels of a sort after the main portion of Asitet Anoth was raided. I forget who invaded, but between my 2nd character and my main one, we've got six of the original cities in our hold (Steelhold and Tesivis being the most notable.) despite a few threats of attack from the invaders, they're leaving us alone entirely so I'm basicaly running a little nation on my own since my liege has stopped playing, it seems.

Heck, maybe I could break off from him and form my own country. How exactly does that work?

If your liege is Lu Bei, he is NOT inactive.

Peran is slumbered, I'm pretty sure. Lu Bei's taken up the mantle of Asitet Anoth, though.

That's me. I stopped playing a few months back, for a number of reasons. Has Tom actually done any bugfixing or balancing?

Yeah, how's the state of the game now ? I played a long time ago (when the northerners invaded Estes Imperium or smth like that) and the game was falling fast. How is it now ?

Stagnant, I would Imagine. Though I would like to hear from someone actively playing as well. Tom is currently engaged with another (almost certainly a dead-end) game project. M&F still has the most potential by far, but clearly nothing will change if nothing changes. If there would be a world reset, a client and a Steam Greenlight release I would jump back into it with great gusto though, and the game would have a great chance at a second, much improved life. Then again, game development is his hobby so whatever entertains him is fine.

Yeah, he's busy with Schwarzwald. Once again a good idea, but your number of actions is so terribly limited (3-6 per turn depending on family size, no way to go up - in fact, they only go down as people die) that I lost interest in the game pretty quickly.

Tom delegated the maintenance of M&F to the community. A patch is upcoming which will hopefully liven things up.
Still Battlemaster is the most successful Tom's project.

I'm kinda in stasis.  I refresh the tab every day or 3 and train more militia.

Where are some Armok characters located, so I can scoot someone over to sign up as a vassal?

Over by Reweston, or really any part of RASTOA. The area by Sol and Luna and Chraringen is pretty active too.

Abandoning this game.

After about half of Rastoa fell to slumberblight, my trade deals dissolved and suddenly my population plummeted, which caused the majority of my buildings to fall into disrepair, and most of them were then destroyed before I could recover. Not going to bother trying to rebuild.
