The problem is, for a dedicated jackass, that isn't an issue. He'll just make a throwaway e-mail account and create a new character using that account.

But the thing is to make it more time-consuming than it's worth. Gotta click quite a few buttons to make a throwaway email, sign into M&F, then click the confirmation email THEN create your characters.

yep a small and mostly barren world. Ehndras I am sorry to say as I have a char in Tetsuyama it and Eldamar are more or less dead.
