It lives!

MNII: The dndtools mirror I've been using is down and I never picked up an offline copy. I've copied down the tables for the Dragonfire Adept before and I'm generally familiar with how spellthieves work, but I never studied the Factotum much. Can you summarize how Inspiration points work for me? I just kind of guessed my way through that one, but it worked out in the end.

Yes.
Rules/Character Creation Guidelines/Etc.
1. 28 point buy. Start at level 3.
2. You are given free reign with the SRD, the Complete books, and the Tome of Battle. Ask me for anything outside that, but no blanket bans at this time.
3. If you want to play a tier 1 class, I expect you to not abuse it. Know when to back out of an encounter and let the other players shine.
4. You get free +LA adjustment based on your class tier. If you choose not to use this free +LA adjustment on a race, you may instead add it to your ability score. No adjustment for tiers 1 through 3; tier 4 gets +1, tier 5 gets +2, tier 6 gets +3.
5. No multiclass penalties.
It's on the first post. Read it. There's a LOT of other homebrew stuff.

what does the SDR stand for
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/System_Reference_Document
The SRD is here.

also i don't see any race restriction

These will be your largest problems. A. Dragons as a race come from the Draconomicon, which is not on the list of approved books. B. You'll be limited to a Black, White, Brass or Copper Wyrmling, based on the chart on page 143 in the Draconomicon. However, Wyrmlings have at least four Hit Dice. At this point in the game, we're only level three, and only have three HD. It looks like your best bet is to try and convince Taw that you can play a Fang Dragon, an alternative type of True Dragon from Faerūn/Forgotten Realms. They have three HD, and a +3 LA. You might have trouble convincing Taw that what are essentially three levels of Dragon are equivalent to three levels of Commoner.
You could try playing a Draconic creature, a Half-Dragon creature or a Dragonborn. There's also Spellscales, and Dragonwrought Kobold when it comes to draconic races. As for classes, you could play a Dragonfire Adept, or a Dragon Shaman. There's also Bloodlines, if you want to try something more obscure (and it's in the SRD!).

i could just get rid of one of the hit dice and try to be the color i want to be even if i'm a wyrmling but who said i was gonna be wyrmling
i could of been a very powerful dragon that got hurt badly and had to resort to changing my form to live and start regaining my strength

I will direct you to the avatar of IronyOwl to respond to that. :P

Oh, now that's a really cool concept. I eagerly await the results of it.

I should also note, this game has a waitlist that's currently got seven people on it, so you may have to wait a while to get in. :P Taw's D&D games are popular, despite his... sporadic update schedule.
[shill]I see from your signature that you're interested in playing in more games. If you're looking for a D&D 5e game, I run one, and I should have room for a fifth player.[/shill]

thanks for the links and i have a feeling that trying to get this dragon will be harder than trying to attack someone with a ac of 30 at level one

...Well. I proooooooobably should've remembered to include that.

Somewhere in southern Coriyag, near the border to the Empire.

Assuming you're referring to Kira and Brixom: nada, sorry.
