Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

Btw Twinwolf, once you prepare spells I think the GM can just toss you in the game...

And remember your WIS score gives you a bonus 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level spell.

So, 5 level 0 spells, 4 level 1 spells, 3 level 2 spells, 1 level 3 spell, and 1 spell from each Domain? Is that right?

Nah, you still get

4xLevel zero spells
2xLevel one spells
1xLevel two spell
1xLevel three spell

And then a 1st and 2nd level spell each from your domain list.

And how do I calculate uses per day?

www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Cleric
http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Ability_Scores#Table:_Ability_Modifiers_and_Bonus_Spells

As a cleric, you pray for whichever spells you want each dawn. So you could pray for 2 castings of Cure Light Wounds, etc.

Edited the sheet again. Did I do the spells right?

Personally I'd split them up into their various spell levels. Add how many of each spell you have memorised.

YOu have more than 4 casts of Turn Undead.
You have 3 + cha bonus, so 3
And then +4 from extra turning, so 7 uses.

You have your domain spells wrong. You can choose one of your two domain spells for each spell level.
e.g for 1st spell level you could choose between Longstrider and Cure Light wounds, and you'd that spell for the day in that slot.

With access to two domain spells at a given spell level, a cleric prepares one or the other each day in his domain spell slot. If a domain spell is not on the cleric spell list, a cleric can prepare it only in his domain spell slot.

Also:
You need to specify your Divine Metamagic is for extend spell, since each time you take divine metamagic it applies to a single metamagic feat.
Generally you'd write something like
Divine Metamagic (Extend spell)

Would that count as one or two feats?

You'd have one feat for the metamagic, and then one feat for the divine metamagic.

You haven't written yourself down as having the extend spell metamagic.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

This backroom white armor guy may or may not be an important NPC with some vague level of plot armor, depending on how much time you guys spend in his general vicinity. Treat with caution.
