You know, I'd be worried about the three of you possibly blowing my cover by following me, but, as I understand it, I'm going Metal Gear in a box, so I'm fine. On that note, am I going Metal Gear in my box, Taw?

You can just hide out in you box and leech EXP by being near the fight? :P

I'd probably have to try and stab someone, at least.

Ugh, well, I really don't feel up to playing in this campaign. Apologies if this comes off as offensive but I kinda feel really out of it D&D wise, it sorta seems dull to me right now. Not tabletop games in general, maybe it's the system, but I have to sincerely say that I don't feel up to being in a campaign. Best of luck to all of you.

Fair enough. You never posted and the game didn't really start yet, so I guess no foul. :P

Hmmkay then. If none of the waitlisters post I'll PM them.

I'll update later.

Yes. It seemed appropriate, given the circumstances and your great-but-not-perfect roll.

If someone helps me make the character sheet I could try, but again I have no idea how to make a 3.5e character.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

I've made so many sheets I had to make a Myth-Weavers folder to hold the ones I'm not using and the ones I've never used. I'd be glad to help.

What kind of character are you looking to make?

FAKEDIT: Ninjas.

That's just it; I don't know. I don't even know what "Point-Buy" is. Character type... I generally make the mechanics first, and then the background. What do you guys need in the party?

We could use someone who can heal and buff. Maybe a cleric?(I could technically do that with UMD, but I'd just be as likely to do cause hilarious miscast effects as well :P)

Point-buy is where you allocate points into your stats to determine what you want their starting values at. It's considered standard with most 3.5 and Pathfinder players.

All of your stats start at 8, and you have 28 points to add to them. You can lower statistics to get more points; additionally, adding points to increase values past 14 costs more than normal. You can go to a maximum of 18 in a stat.

You can use this to help out.

Depending on your class, some stats are better than others...to be honest, I'm tired of explaining it. :P 5e is very easy to understand. Oops, we're doing 3.5e. It's a LOT more complicated!

I wouldn't take a spellcasting class as your first choice, though, that is a bit more complicated.

A cleric could work, yeah. Or are there any other classes that do healing that aren't as complex?
