When u place furniture, and the dwarf placing the furniture stands on the wrong side of the newly placed furniture, and starves to death cause he blocked himself in?

When your ambushed by Goblin archers at your fortress entrance and your front hallway is nice, long and above all... straight into the main center of dwarven activity.

When your dwarves run outside into a siege to pick up all the neat stuff.

When your storage rooms get filled with x(Pig Tail Sock)x's and other junk.

An ambush occurs just as you were finishing the vital part of your defences. Without which leaves you completely vulnerable.

You play the 2D version and fail using a flowing river and a aqueduct.

Optional part: then heals it down to a broken wound before going insane and butchering half the fort with his weapon, causing the rest to berserk.
