The scream echoes through the halls of the hospital. "It seems that our patient has chosen to stay silent," says Morty, "I think this should make him talk." He bends down, arm stretched towards you, tongs open and aiming at your mouth. At that moment, you decide to give it one more try.

 You think things over for a moment, then realization kicks you in the gut. How could this possibly be real? The chains - although they feel real - or nothing more than a figment of your imagination. You don't know what caused it - or whether you actually heard it - but it freaks you out a little bit. You try to get move your arms to pull up the covers but they don't budge. Disbelieving the chains is one thing, making them go away is another.

Your question goes unanswered, but not unnoticed. The moment you speak, all the eyes turn towards you. You think of a way you could somehow help it - perhaps moving it to a more pleasant location - but can think of no way to achieve this. A loud noise interrupts your thoughts.
