Overseer AI [SG] - Processing Cycle 18

Trying something new and more IC-dependent.
This is vaguely related to Galaxy Fall, but it's really only in the names of some things. And this is also an alternate scenario, so the two games aren't codependent on each other in any way.
So in other words, if you've read Galaxy Fall, you may occasionally think something like "Oh, yeah, I think that name was mentioned once in Galaxy Fall."

Suggestions should be formatted like so: ">[suggestion]",
e.g. ">activate death beam"
