Man I have no idea to compile the work order sheet but...

- Design for alternative power. This is a must if we want to take apart the reactor.
-- Hydroelectric and Winds seems to be nice.
- Finish the CCDomes. We need to move people in so we can strip the ship.
- Modular Mineral Processing Facility is awesome but expensive; I don't like 3 turns of work on this!
-- Is there a less expensive way to work on basic materials?
- Speaking about raw material, is it a good time to do a real geological survey? We can also determine the best way to power the base as a side benefit.

Having read the last couple pages, I feel I have a better idea of what's going on.

What's the weather/solar exposure like in the area?

Additionally, how well known is the rest of the planet?

Weather, thus far, is a fair amount of wind and alot of weather systems that roll on through, atleast so evidence points to.

Also, cherry, on the materials processing front, there was mention of a less expensive variant of it, but it appears to still need work, and may cause a riot...

I'm thinking about some more specialized material processor like the blast furnace.

Currently not a big fan in fitting the Modular Mineral Processing Facility in the next dome.

Well, my two proposals just now are to begin constructing wind turbines, mostly to take some of the work off the reactor, and to begin research into the causes and manner of treating cryosleep damage, since having the knowledge and infrastructure in place will clearly be necessary when the colony ship arrives.

Alternative (1) plan (manpower requirement not checked/computed)

- Design wind turbine
- Finish the CCDomes
- Restart geological survey
- Work on the Colony Computer
- Work on cyrosleep sickness (?) This might be too little too late, IMHO.

Better than nothing, the colonists will likely need whatever we can give them.

Not that it matters, but Tryrar removed the +20 bonus for medical cryo, then again, you also forgot the Aurora penalty.

Things we need to do :

Red : Can't do it yet
Orange : Possible
Yellow : In progress
Green : Finished

Short term

Protect the factory dome => Design => Construction
Install new domes  => Design => Construction

Midterm

- New Source of Energy => Survey and Design => Construction => Deployement
- New Source of Food => Dome => Construction
- New source of materials => Design => Dome => Construction
- Investigate Cryo =>  Lab => Research

Misc

Resolve mud accumulation on ship (Not that important)
Investigate upstream lakes, earthquake
Research everything
Fix Project Legacy

Additionally, if power is a serious issue, we could go looking for fissionables. Thorium is apparently quite common.

Our problem is that we need take the reactor offline to fix it. And to do so we need another power source available.

Ah. Hrm. Well, building a giant LTS reactor would certainly help, if we had the time or manpower.  For the time being, it seems like building a bunch of simple, cheap wind turbines using basic principles would be a good idea, since it should be possible to make them very easily with common metals.

Won't work. We have no meaningfull energy storage systems, and lifesupport kind of relies on continious power.

As for thorium, a reactor tends not to work without the required fuel.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

I'm concerned with the lack of an actual river.
