Liason Request Scenario

Let's say I request steel bars from the liason, and they ask for mugs. Then, a goblin siege prevents the caravan from coming, but it comes the next year. Will it still have more steel bars and pay more for mugs?

I believe so. I think the agreement lasts until a new one is made. I recently requested maximum amounts of flux from the liaison, had the next caravan blocked by a siege, and the next year the caravan showed up with a lot of flux.
I don't know if that logic applies to tree hugger tree cutting agreements, though.

Also note that for the time being the what caravans are prepared to pay extra for is basically irrelevant given that the economy is broken so that you just have to throw in a few roasts to buy out a caravan (not to mention that your worn clothing is sufficient to clear out a caravan after a few years).
