Yeah, pavs are two turns out movement wise, which only serves to further complicate the issue. I'm sure we'll get more than that, since I fully expect the NPCs to interfere, but still.

This feels like it might be a repeat of what happened when I played Chapter 20 of Awakening on hard/classic.
I.E. "do the same thing every time until you stop messing up and finally beat it".

I very much doubt we'll be given a second do over.

Well only if the repeat version was harder than the original. It feels more like (spoilers maybe) Bravely Default to me. "Everything is the same except not quite and also harder"

Are we even sure that the assassins are still going to run after Slavar/half of them go down? If not, going east first might be an option, letting the Pahravanites get close enough to fight on turn two, and if possible get them between us and the assassins so they'll weaken each other. Plus it gets the wyverns into the fight on turn two without sacrificing them to the horse archers just to buy some time to try get Salvar to retreat and then facing the horses while already weakened.

Ok this is a very, *very* theoretical plan for a push south to reach our allies. The issue is we can't actually reach Salvar this turn. So we need to pull back one way or the other. By punching south, we put the hills between us and the Pahs, forcing them to reroute around and slam into Salvar's forces, plus gives us potential use of terrain and our wyvern friends and healy friend and zappy friend sooner rather than later. If you have issues with the plan, please please please let me know. This is not a fun map and we'll be much better off if we all work together.

Generally in that order? Moves that are just moves can go whenever except Vera should go asap since charisma. Attacks without counters can go in any order. So basically Titus needs to wait and that's it for the archer attacks. Myrm attacks should go Vera move then lizbet then the other two

I have no issue with the plan, but I'll wait for other opinions before committing to it unless there was some talk in the IRC.
