Oddly, I can't find that in the rules, nor does it seem to be in Haspen's houserules.  The Pegasus special only gives +2 MOV, +2 AID/CON, and Canto, and weather negation isn't tied to any class that uses Pegasi.  The only mounted unit I can find that ignores Rain is the Great Knight.  Could you point me to it, though?  I'd love it to be true. ^_^

I think a good way to go about it would be to go in a more 'south-east'ish fashion for this turn. Since a lot of our forces will be close to the eastern front, taking some safe potshots at them would probably be a good idea and keep us in a single glob, which is the main idea. If we can't go somewhere safe, we should at the least stick together.
